Physical OPNCard NFC cards are personalised to your order and delivered by courier. This page summarises how delivery works; the binding rules are in our General Terms and Conditions (Art. 12, 14, 15 and 19).
Where we deliver
We deliver within Bulgaria and to every country of the European Union. Delivery outside the EU is possible on request; in that case customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Delivery time
The production and delivery time is shown when you finalise your order. If no other time is stated, your cards are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. You can follow the status of your order in your dashboard, where it is marked as shipped and delivered.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund everything you paid for it.
Delivery cost
The delivery cost is shown separately from the price of the cards, before you confirm your order.
When your cards arrive
Please check the parcel when you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is missing, damaged or does not match your order, at office@opncard.eu or +359 88 337 2783. Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract are not affected.
Returns
NFC cards are made to your individual specifications, so under the Consumer Protection Act the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. Cards that arrive faulty or different from what you ordered are covered by the paragraph above.
